Triyog had organised the First QKS Inter School Chess Competition on 15 and 16 November which was met with enthusiastic participation from 160 students from 13 schools. Aadarsh Regmi secured the third position in the IV-V Boys category. Anushka Shrestha and Unnati Silwal won the second position in the IV-V Girls and VIII-X Girls categories respectively and Marshal Tamang, Vision Bhattarai, Debisha Thapa and Kapil Ghimire were the winners in the VI-VII Girls, VI-VII Boys, VIII-X Girls, and VIII-X Boys categories respectively.
